We are looking immediately or by agreement for a motivated and reliable deputy for our Head of Housekeeping.

YOUR TASKS
- Maintenance and interim cleaning throughout the clinic as well as residual and departure cleaning of patient rooms
- Co-responsibility for the leadership and promotion of 19 employees and 2 apprentices
- Support/relief of the Head of Housekeeping in qualification-appropriate personnel deployment planning
- Representation of the Head of Housekeeping during reports, team meetings, and return interviews
- Guidance and supervision of apprentices in the areas of textile supply and cleaning
- Quality assurance and control (process and result control) within housekeeping
- Planning, organization, and documentation of interim and deep cleanings
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training as a specialist in housekeeping EFZ
- At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally with a certificate as a vocational trainer
- High social competence and sense of responsibility
- Resilient (physically and mentally), reliable, and independent
- Strong organizational talent and high flexibility
- Good IT user skills
