As part of the upcoming succession at the HOLINGER Luxembourg site, we are looking for a qualified and committed

• Overall responsibility for the organization, development, and sustainable success of HOLINGER SA, Luxembourg
• Leading a team of engineers, technicians, and designers
• Responsibility for water treatment/wastewater and environmental technology projects from planning to commissioning at home and abroad
• Coordinating collaboration and ensuring the quality of work results
• Further development of existing customer relationships and acquisition of new customers and contracts
• Optimizing and advancing new digital technologies for the successful development of the organization
• Representing HOLINGER internally and externally with strong communicative presence and targeted stakeholder management in Luxembourg
• Participation within the management organization of the corporate group

• Completed university degree in a technical or scientific field
• MBA or comparable further training in corporate management would be an advantage
• Leadership experience, ideally in the engineering, construction, or environmental sector
• Experience in leading international, interdisciplinary teams
• Strong business understanding, experience in corporate development, project management, efficiency orientation, openness to innovation
• Experience in acquisition and dealing with clients from the public and industrial sectors
• Good market and industry knowledge in water, wastewater, and environmental fields
• Familiar with regulatory frameworks such as OAI, HOAI, project contracts
• High understanding of digital transformation and technology-supported process optimization
• Committed, entrepreneurially minded personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• German and French language skills in spoken and written form
• Inspiring, empathetic, and integrative leadership personality with high social competence
