For our finance and accounting department, we are looking for a

Tasks

• Accompanying learners in a commercial vocational measure
• Organizing and monitoring the workflows of the learners
• Managing accounts payable and financial accounting
• Contributing to and being responsible for the ongoing optimization of processes
• Writing reports and documentation
• Handling administrative tasks in the area of responsibility
• Participating in monthly closings

Requirements

• Commercial training with several years of professional experience in finance and accounting
• Further training in accounting
• Experience in training commercial learners according to the education regulations
• Very good MS Office skills and German language skills, both spoken and written
• ABACUS knowledge
• Social competence and willingness to engage
• Negotiation skills and assertiveness
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style
• Flexible, resilient, and team-oriented personality
