Job Description
We are looking for you to support our front office team – the start date is by arrangement!
- You welcome our guests friendly and courteous and ensure a pleasant atmosphere from the very first moment
- Check-in and check-out you handle reliably according to our internal standards
- You process reservations and provide our guests with helpful information about offers in the house and the surrounding area
- Inquiries by email, phone or in person you answer competently or forward them specifically to the responsible departments
- In case of complaints, you find a solution-oriented and calm appropriate response – always with the goal of satisfying our guests
- You take over payments with the PMS and cash register system, create invoices and ensure correct cash management
- You recognize sales opportunities and actively support up- and cross-selling
- If necessary, you help with the monthly inventory in the hotel shop
- You ensure compliance with our quality standards and contribute to continuously improving the guest experience
Qualifications
- You have a completed education in the commercial field or in the hotel industry
- Reliability, motivation and team spirit characterize you – you like to pitch in
- You have very good German and English skills – any additional language is a plus
- You enjoy dealing with people – guests and colleagues feel your positive charisma
- With creativity and passion you create unforgettable experiences for our guests
- You contribute to the team working harmoniously together and all processes running smoothly
