To strengthen the team in the Vice-Rectorate for Teaching, we are looking for an inspiring and communicative personality for the position of Educational Advisor 80-100% starting November 1, 2025, or by arrangement.

You are responsible for the following main tasks:

Telephone, written and personal advice and recruitment of future students as well as the corresponding follow-up
Organizing and conducting exciting information events both virtually and on-site to attract future students to our programs.
Maintaining cooperation with schools and companies to make our study programs known through advisory/information meetings
Increasing our success rate by ensuring a targeted sales process: from the first inquiry through targeted follow-up actions and exciting information events to personal advice and quick registration.

You bring the following:

Completed commercial basic training or comparable apprenticeship, supplemented by further training in consulting or sales
Strong sales talent with joy in telephone communication (experience in new customer acquisition, (sales) consulting and closing security, especially by phone)
Enthusiastic and captivating personality with pronounced communication, presentation, and performance skills
Several years of practical experience in the service environment, preferably in the educational sector and/or hospitality
Very good German skills in spoken and written form (native speaker or equivalent)
