Your Tasks
- Holistic care and support of patients with mental illnesses or in crises (focus on identity and relationship disorders and eating disorders)
- Close collaboration within the interprofessional treatment team
- Leading group offerings on the ward
- Implementation of nursing and socio- and milieu-therapeutic measures specified in the treatment plan
- Consultation with relatives and, if necessary, involvement of the extended social environment and external specialist agencies
Your Profile
- You have completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH
- You enjoy working on a modern, open ward that is well networked within the focus area both inpatient and in day clinic and outpatient settings
- You enjoy working in an interprofessional team
- You bring experience in psychiatric/psychotherapeutic settings, preferably in working with people with identity and relationship disorders and have further trained in this area
- You have experience in leading groups
- You like to take responsibility, bring a high level of resilience and ability to reflect
