What you will achieve:
- Further development of the Compliance Risk Management through a stronger integration of compliance risks into operational risk management and internal control system (ICS) as well as regular identification, assessment, and documentation of significant compliance risks
- Further development and simplification of our directive system in collaboration with the 1st Line and as part of a House-of-Policies project, as well as subsequent support of the Policy Desk
- Monitoring of regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance with local and international standards, among others through compliance reviews and audits
- Handling of compliance suspicion reports and conducting compliance investigations
- Support in the preparation of reports for management and the board of directors
Why you will succeed:
- You have a degree from a university or university of applied sciences in business administration or law, ideally with a specialization or additional training in compliance management
- You have several years of practical experience in compliance management in the above-mentioned areas in a regulated financial services environment, preferably in the (health) insurance sector
- You impress with strong analytical and conceptual skills and work in a structured and independent manner
- Your assertiveness and communication skills make you an ideal contact person for complex compliance issues.
- You are characterized by an independent and responsible working style in your area of responsibility
