What you accomplish

Install, commission, and test our burglar alarm, video surveillance, and access control systems
Manage installation documentation
Hand over the installation to the client after completion and inform its user
Ensure follow-up with assigned clients and installations
Perform inspection and maintenance work
Provide technical support (by phone/remote)
Participate in on-call service

What you bring

A basic training as an electrician, automation technician, or telematics technician with a federal certificate of competence (CFC) or equivalent
Good command of common IT tools (Microsoft)
Experience in a similar position
SES certification is an advantage
Your curiosity and open-mindedness
A strong customer/service orientation and a developed initiative spirit
