To strengthen our team in the Backoffice area, we are looking immediately, for an indefinite period, at the Geneva site, for a *motivated* and *committed* person as a Backoffice Employee, 100%.

Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for financial and cash register processes in the store to ensure everything is always in order.
- You organize inventories to minimize losses and discrepancies.
- You act as the interface between your hierarchical superior and the store and coordinate the various logistical, administrative, and commercial areas.
- You ensure that internal processes are clearly communicated and respected, and you actively participate in their improvement.
- You are responsible for training and qualifying employees in the use of our ERP system.

Your profile
- You have completed commercial training or similar and have already gained experience in a comparable position.
- You master financial management and goods flow.
- Ideally, you have already gained initial experience or knowledge in management.
- You know how to set priorities and distribute tasks wisely.
- You are comfortable with digital tools, enjoy trying new systems, and are not afraid to take the plunge.
- You speak fluent French and preferably know another national language.
