Product Manager (all)

You develop our market offering further and advance technical products and services from the idea to market launch. As part of succession planning, you can develop into the head of product management within around three years.

Your tasks

• You implement the product strategy and specifically develop our product lines further.
• You manage and optimise the product portfolio throughout the entire lifecycle.
• You develop requirements and business cases, thereby creating sound decision-making bases for product development.
• You develop pricing strategies and calculation guidelines and analyse margins, markets, and competition.
• You lead development projects and accompany new products from the idea to successful market launch.
• You convey product knowledge in presentations, documentation, and training and represent the company at trade fairs and events.

Your competence

• You have completed a technical or commercial training as well as further education in product management, for example a CAS.
• You bring at least five years of professional experience in product management.
• You possess a good understanding of mechanics and electrical engineering as well as a strong affinity for digital applications and smart products.
• You work confidently with MS Office, PDM, and ERP systems.
• You act on your own initiative and solution-oriented, communicate openly, and enjoy working in teams and projects.
• You have excellent German skills and good to very good French skills.
