Site Manager / Maintenance Cleaning Fehraltdorf
For a demanding cleaning site, we are looking for a responsible individual as site manager. In this role, you will take on the operational management of a team of 8 employees as well as actively participate in cleaning on site.
Your Responsibilities
- Leadership and deployment planning of a team of 8 employees
- Daily participation in cleaning (a fixed part of your duties)
- Ensuring cleaning quality through systematic controls and their documentation
- Communication with the client and contact person for operational concerns
- Monitoring electronic time tracking
- Ordering and managing consumables
- Working days: Monday – Friday
- Working hours: 18:00 – 21:00
Your Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in a comparable role in building cleaning
- Expertise in maintenance cleaning
- Good German skills, additional languages are an advantage
- Organizational talent, leadership strength, and solution-oriented action
