Deputy Head of Nursing Service 80-100% (a)
The rehab in the Basel region Clinic for Neurorehabilitation and Paraplegiology treats and rehabilitates patients with spinal cord injury, brain injury, as well as related conditions after accident or illness. The highest goal is to achieve the greatest possible independence and an optimal quality of life together with the people entrusted to them. The clinic has over 110 beds and an outpatient operation. Deputy Head of Nursing Service 80-100% (a)
Task:
Support of the Head of Nursing Service in the professional and organizational management of the nursing team and participation in ensuring a high quality of care while complying with current standards. Co-responsibility for personnel planning, management and development. Promotion of interprofessional cooperation. Participation in patient admission planning. Contact person internally and externally for nursing-related issues.
Requirements:
Completed training as a qualified nurse HF / FH. Several years of nursing and leadership experience, preferably in the field of rehabilitation. Organizational skills, quick comprehension, ability to think networked, conflict ability. Enjoyment of personnel management. Very good German skills, pronounced communication and written expression skills. Very good IT user skills.
