Responsibilities:

Exciting tasks await you:

• Lead important development projects for our technology: Ensure that development, time, and the specified budget are adhered to
• Guide the interdisciplinary project team through the agile product development process
• Identify and manage project risks: present the project status to senior management and the steering committee
• Lead the scale-up of new products in close collaboration with other internal functions
• Support material validation and qualification activities
• Prepare and conduct meetings with customers
• Provide guidelines to the technical staff of the R&D laboratory and production employees regarding resin formulations, manufacturing instructions, laboratory management, process scale-up

Requirements:

You will convince us with this profile:

• Degree in one of the fields of chemistry / materials science / materials engineering (Master, diploma, preferably PhD)
• Ideally profound knowledge of polymer chemistry and coating technologies for web-shaped materials
• Customer-oriented, entrepreneurial, and responsible thinking and acting
• Outgoing personality, resilience, team spirit, flexibility, open to new things
• Very good German and English skills
