Your Role in the Resource Pool

The resource pool ensures stability and quality in our residential groups. As a social pedagogue in the resource pool, you support various teams based on needs, quickly integrate into existing structures, and ensure professional continuity in the daily lives of the youth.

• Flexible assignments in different residential groups
• Educational support and daily life organization with youth
• Stabilization of group and care situations
• Collaboration with teams and management personnel
• Ensuring basic care and documentation
• Participation in evening, leisure, and weekend activities

• Degree or training as a social pedagogue HF/FH or equivalent
• High flexibility, independence, and teamwork skills
• Reflective, empathetic, and resource-oriented attitude
• Willingness to work night and weekend shifts

• A clearly defined role in an independent resource pool
• Varied and meaningful work
