Main tasks
- Planning and conducting crisis exercises for destabilization situations at FINMA-supervised financial institutions – together with national and international authorities
- Analyzing weaknesses and developing concrete measures to improve crisis management, communication, and cooperation
- Building and optimizing processes and workflows for structured crisis preparation
- Co-designing and maintaining a thematic network at national and international levels
Profile
- University degree in economics or law, complemented by solid experience in auditing or consulting
- 3–5 years of professional experience in resolution, financial stability, supervision, or consulting of financial institutions.
- Proven project management know-how (problem-solving, adaptability to handle challenges and changing circumstances)
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as economic thinking ability
- Strong communication skills at all levels – also towards decision-makers, high judgment and assertiveness
- Very good German skills (C2) and English skills (C1) in spoken and written form
