Clerk (m/f/d) Procurement of Operating Resources & Services
Since its beginnings over 40 years ago, Harmonic Drive SE with around 400 employees at the Limburg/Lahn site has developed into a solution provider for highly precise drive technology. Whether servo drives, direct drives, gearboxes based on the wave gear principle, or planetary gearboxes: the more demanding the task, the better! We are now offering an exciting position as Clerk (m/f/d) Procurement of Operating Resources & Services.
Contract type: Permanent contract, full-time (38.5 hours per week)
Your tasks
- Demand- and deadline-driven scheduling and procurement of operating resources, consumables, and services in direct production environment
- Creating purchase requisitions via SAP
- Requesting and evaluating offers as well as developing substitution alternatives
- Receipt and inspection of tools and spare parts
- Organization and distribution of consumables
- Invoice verification and close cooperation with accounting
- Ensuring efficient material logistics in close proximity to the manufacturing process
- Close cooperation with the maintenance department
Your profile
- Completed commercial or technical training (e.g., as industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade management clerk, technical clerk) or similar qualification with professional experience
- Good technical understanding and ideally knowledge in handling technical operating resources
- Confident handling of SAP and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Organizational talent with structured, solution-oriented working style
- Team player with strong communication skills, resilience, and personal responsibility
