Marketing Department

• Update and maintain website and intranet

• Organize training sessions

• Support print advertising at the location

• Record and send customer cards as well as maintain customer base

• Create briefings for the graphic designer

Finance and Accounting Department

• Post and account creditor invoices

• Scan invoices for electronic filing

• Prepare payment proposals

• Process dunning letters

Human Resources Department

• Conduct applicant correspondence

• Issue contracts

• Entry and exit administration

• Create and maintain employee files

• Maintain master data and compile statistics

What you bring

• Secondary school A / structured upper level level E with good grades in core subjects (languages, mathematics)

• Interest and enjoyment in commercial activities as well as working on the computer

• Oral and written language skills

• High independence, reliability, and active thinking

• Sense of responsibility, service orientation and careful and precise working method

• Organizational skills

• Good comprehension and flair for numbers

• You have empathy and appreciate a careful working style
