Your challenges with us

As a project manager, you are the face of RUG Gerüste AG on site and manage our projects from A to Z:

• Comprehensive management: You take full responsibility from work preparation (AVOR) to successful final acceptance.
• Team leadership: You coordinate, plan and lead our assembly teams in a motivating and goal-oriented manner.
• Commercial skills: Preliminary calculations, quotations, complete order processing and the preparation of measurements are in your hands.
• Safety & quality: You uncompromisingly ensure site safety and uphold the high RUG quality standards.
• Networking: You maintain existing customer relationships and actively expand our market presence.
• Co-creation: You actively contribute to site management and take on co-responsibility.

Your foundation

You think entrepreneurially, work in a structured way and bring the following qualifications:

• Basic: A completed training in scaffolding or in the main construction trade.
• Experience: Solid experience in the construction industry is essential for this role.
• Advantage: Further training as a scaffolding site manager, building envelope/construction site manager or as a technical commercial clerk (or equivalent).
• Mindset: Entrepreneurial, performance-oriented and networked thinking characterise you.
• Digital native in construction: An efficient working style and proficient use of modern electronic tools (industry software, MS Office etc.) are natural to you.
