Your Tasks
- Management and coordination of inpatient bed occupancy across all somatic departments
- Conducting daily occupancy meetings with the departments
- Ongoing coordination with the emergency department, social services, outpatient appointment center, and the secretariats of the specialist departments
- Availability analysis and advance planning in case of bottlenecks
- Recording and maintaining occupancy-relevant data in the hospital information system
- Development and implementation of optimization measures in the occupancy process
- Close cooperation with nursing, medical, and administrative staff
Your Profile
- Completed training in healthcare (e.g., nursing specialist (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d), medical documentation) or studies in health management/nursing management
- Experience in the inpatient sector and understanding of clinical processes
- Organizational skills, assertiveness, and strong communication skills
- Confident handling of digital tools (e.g., HIS, Excel)
- Structured and solution-oriented working style
