This is your job

• Control the further development and implementation of the company's digital strategy and ensure successful integration into corporate goals
• Advise and support management and specialist departments on all digital topics and assist in the implementation of digital solutions
• Make a significant contribution to building and further developing digital skills in the business areas and promote a digital mindset
• Take responsibility for the company-wide Project Management Office (PMO) and ensure the efficient implementation of all digital projects
• Ensure the successful digital transformation in the company and consistent implementation of the digital strategy

This is what you bring

• Higher education, ideally in business administration or business informatics
• Solid business knowledge combined with a pronounced technological understanding
• Experience in leading digital transformations as well as in developing and implementing digital strategies
• Quick grasp of complex topics, processes, and business operations
• Consulting competence and enjoyment in supporting executives in the further development and implementation of the digital strategy
• Fluent language skills in German or French, with good knowledge of the other language
