Team Leader Service Technician Location Bubendorf BL
In our service department, we support many customers throughout Switzerland. Our field staff work independently, structured, and solution-oriented to meet all customer needs individually. As a team leader service technician, you are responsible for the technical and personnel management of the service technicians. You are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our complex systems and support the daily business in the service area. During on-call duty or in case of fault deployments, you independently solve problems in the areas of mechanics, hydraulics, electrical control, and regulation technology. To adequately support our increasing number of customers, we need you!
Your main tasks
- Performing complex service deployments and troubleshooting
- Service, repairs, and maintenance of gas engines
- Training customers
- Technical and personnel leadership of subordinate employees
- Supporting daily business in the service area
- Responsible for the quality of service offerings
- Maintaining and expanding customer relationships
- Enforcing work and occupational safety instructions within the service team
- Regular one-on-one meetings with employees
- Organizing and conducting regular service technician meetings
- On-call duty approximately every 7 weeks.
- The position includes about 60% fieldwork (customer visits, service deployments) and about 40% office work (team leadership, documentation, customer communication, internal coordination).
You have
- Mechanical and/or electrical basic training as well as basic business knowledge
- Further training in the technical field desired
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High personal responsibility
- User knowledge in MS Office, ERP, and CRM systems
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English or French advantageous
- Enjoy working with customers and suppliers
- An independent, structured, and precise working style, reliability, flexibility,
resilience, and good team integration skills
