Job Description:
- Attentive, friendly, and pleasant greeting and care of our national and international clientele
- Professional, discreet support of clients and service in the client areas
- Impeccable presentation of the reception area and client zones
- Reservation and monitoring of client rooms & assistance with video conferences
- Support for event activities
- Diverse administrative office management tasks (orders for F&B and office supplies, mail handling, internal invoice processing, support for employees)
- Professional operation of the telephone switchboard
- Cash desk responsibility (deposits and withdrawals as well as transaction bookings)
- Posting of internal invoices
- Taking over and supporting maintenance and logistics for the office premises as well as accompanying external stakeholders and partners in the premises
- Assuming responsibilities regarding site security and access management
Requirements Profile:
- Completed training in the hotel or gastronomy industry or banking or in the commercial sector as well as several years of professional experience with sound specialized knowledge
- Fluent in German, English, French is an advantage
- Proficient in using MS Office applications
- Strong team player with high service, customer, and service orientation as well as flexible readiness to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Quick comprehension, efficient and reliable working style
- Integrity, resilience, flexibility, and a winning personality with a well-groomed appearance and good manners
