The district capital Dietikon is a vibrant regional center and an important economic location in the rapidly growing Limmattal. The fifth largest city in the canton of Zurich has around 28,000 inhabitants and about 3,100 students. The Dietikon school currently comprises six school units. It has many years of experience in the field of special education and integration.
The Luberzen school unit is located in the municipal triangle of Urdorf, Schlieren, and Dietikon, within walking distance to the Glanzenberg S-Bahn station. At this committed QUIMS school, kindergarten, primary, and secondary school classes are taught. The entire school unit works according to the pedagogical concept of New Authority and offers freely selectable day care.
From January 5, 2026, limited until October 23, 2026 (also possible until July 10, 2026), we are looking for a:
Your tasks
• Class management with 21 WL
• Subject range: MA, E, DaZ, keyboarding, class hour
• Preparation, execution, and follow-up of lessons
• Close cooperation within the grade team
• Joint further development of school unit-specific projects
• Active participation in the pedagogical, grade, and school team
Your profile
• Swiss teaching diploma or EDK-recognized diploma for this school level
• Flexibility, willingness to cooperate, and humor
• Structured and dynamic work attitude
• Enjoyment of heterogeneity and a multicultural working environment
• Targeted collaboration with subject teachers and therapists
