Finance Specialist 80-100% (m/f/d)

To complete our finance team, we are looking for a competent personality for our Aarau location immediately or by arrangement as a Finance Specialist.
Your tasks
- You handle all changes in payroll accounting including the creation of change notifications (social insurances) and processing of family allowance applications
- You report accidents and long-term illnesses to the insurances and monitor daily allowances
- You process the FVP ordering system including processing in financial accounting
- You create invoices and manage dunning processes (debt collection)
- You are responsible for the administrative handling of vehicle damage cases
- You prepare service invoices and manage the accounting of the "Personnel Fund of AVA" association
- You process automatic bank statement postings and work in the general ledger and accounts payable
Your profile
- Completed commercial apprenticeship EFZ at least profile E
- Completed further training as a finance and accounting clerk is mandatory
- Very good MS Office skills
- Very good SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Team player with independent, precise, and self-reliant working style
