For the Branch Systems area (until 30.06.2026 SASIS AG), we are looking for a Senior Customer Manager 80-100% for the development of SHIP at the Lucerne location with immediate effect or by arrangement.

Responsibilities
- Acquire new service providers, insurers and their software partners for the SHIP reporting system
- Accompany SHIP participants from contract conclusion to go-live
- Customer Success Management: Support and advise key customers and assist them in further development
- Organize and moderate customer meetings, technical training and workshops
- Ensure optimal customer solutions through close coordination with software manufacturers
- Support sales and network activities and represent SHIP at industry events, expert committees and trade fairs
- Lead internal optimization projects for the continuous development of our customer service
Requirements
- Completed higher vocational training or university degree, ideally in business administration, health economics, business informatics or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in project management, customer support or key account
Management
- Experience in healthcare or IT-related industries is an advantage
- High affinity for digitalization and process optimization
- Strong communication skills
- Customer- and solution-oriented as well as independent working style
- Fluent German, good French skills and ideally English skills
