The Frohmatt Retirement Center is a modern facility that offers various living arrangements tailored to the needs of our residents. We care for and support people with care needs, people with dementia, and assist individuals in supported living. Our operation also includes service apartments within the house. The Stollenweid House, as the fourth house, also belongs to Frohmatt. Here live our residents who enjoy rural living.

Your tasks:
- Professional, holistic care and support of our residents
- Individual support in daily life, tailored to needs and wishes
- Documentation according to current standards (WZW formula)
- Close contact with relatives and caregivers
What you bring:
- Professional experience in long-term and/or dementia care
- Joy in modern, holistic care concepts
- Sense of responsibility, communication skills, and team spirit
- Interest in personal development and new methods (validation, basic stimulation, palliative care, kinesthetic)
- Ideally knowledge of the RAI system and easyDOK
