As a Senior Architect* with us, you take responsibility for demanding industrial buildings – from the first draft through detailed planning to implementation. You are part of an interdisciplinary team and build up our general planning business field with your expertise. How you start as a Senior Architect* with us
- Industrial construction planning: Whether greenfield or brownfield – you develop production and logistics halls as well as modern office spaces with a focus on function, efficiency, and future viability.
- Holistic responsibility: You manage projects holistically across all service phases (LPH 1–5) including coordination, design planning, coordination with authorities and factory planners, as well as client representation.
- Compliance with cost and quality standards: You evaluate construction costs according to DIN 276 and are familiar with the building regulations of the federal states. You ensure that the generally accepted rules of technology (such as ASR guidelines or fire protection) are adhered to.
- Co-design of general planning: You accompany the client as the central contact person, organize expert reports, obtain permits, and think across disciplines. You work closely with our experienced architect and share your knowledge with the organization.
What you bring with you
- Completed architecture studies or a related field
Extensive professional experience in planning office and industrial buildings or business parks - Familiarity with planning according to LPH 1-5 as well as a good understanding of construction costs and economic feasibility
- Good knowledge of Revit and ideally experience with model-based planning according to BIM standards
- Confident appearance in proposal presentations and the ability to communicate technical content clearly and convincingly to non-technical contacts
- Passion for co-designing a new business field and interdisciplinary teamwork
