Our "Property & Buildings" division, wishing to continue developing its « Structures W» unit, is looking for a
Project Manager - Senior Engineer - Building Structure (between 80 and 100%) for our team based in Lausanne.
In this role, you will join a multidisciplinary team that embodies the core values of our company: solidarity, passion for complex and large-scale projects, spirit of innovation, and friendliness.
YOUR NEW ROLE:
- Lead ambitious and varied projects: transformation, renovation, and new construction of large buildings
- Perform structural calculations to ensure the stability and safety of the structures
- Coordinate teams transversally and ensure the smooth running of projects in terms of quality, deadlines, and costs
- Collaborate with multiple partners: public authorities, general contractors, architectural firms
- Contribute to innovation and technical performance within a dynamic and multidisciplinary team
- Participate in the preparation of bids
COULD THIS BE YOU?
- Degree in civil engineering (EPFL, HES or equivalent)
- Proven experience in the building sector
- Mastery of structural calculations and associated tools
- Experience in project management and coordination with various stakeholders
- Excellent command of French, ideally complemented by knowledge of English and/or German
- Dynamic, organized, autonomous, and proactive personality, with a strong sense of priorities and rigor
