Your mission:

• Technical and commercial advice to customers in the field of building components
• Creating price calculations and offers for standard and special products
• Receiving and recording orders including order documents, invoicing, and creating production documents
• Monitoring deadlines and controlling orders
• Organizing transports
• Invoicing orders
• Material management (monitoring stock levels and triggering orders via

You bring with you:

• Completed technical training with commercial further education or equivalent professional experience in order processing/technical sales
• Alternatively, commercial training with a technical focus (technical clerk) or comparable training
• Sound knowledge of technical products and understanding of technical documents and drawings
• Experience in order processing, creating offers and invoices
• Structured and independent working style for processing customer orders
• Teamwork skills and close cooperation with colleagues from technology, production, purchasing
• Solution-oriented working style for quick handling of complaints
