Head of Finance & Administration (m/f/d), Member of the Executive Board

Your role

• Overall responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the finance department as well as selected central services, including personnel management of the responsible specialist and line managers
• Ensuring reliable, forward-looking financial control through financial and management accounting, controlling, liquidity management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Participation in the strategic orientation and sustainable economic development of the organisation as a member of the executive board
• Professionalisation of financial management and control instruments, especially in the areas of key figures, processes, decision-making bases, and risk management
• Active shaping of organisational and digital development with a focus on effective change processes as well as the targeted use of automation and AI
• Strategic development of the property portfolio as well as responsibility for its economic, sustainable, and legally compliant management and value preservation
• Management of external service providers as well as responsibility for property budgets, maintenance, investment planning, and decision-making bases for the executive board and supervisory board

Your profile

• Completed higher business education with a focus on finance and several years of experience in a similar leadership/management role.
• Sound financial, business, and strategic competence and experience in the development of organisations, structures, and processes, as well as a strong affinity for digitalisation and new technologies
• Entrepreneurial and holistic thinking as well as an authentic and reliable personality with pronounced leadership, communication, and social skills
