Are you an IT enthusiast and want to live out your passion in a modern, dynamic environment? As an IT specialist, you are the first point of contact for our users and ensure that IT support runs smoothly at all times. You process service requests, solve technical problems – both remotely and on-site – and coordinate installations. You take care of the configuration and maintenance of workplace systems in the Windows environment and take responsibility for our hardware and software inventory. With us, you have the chance to develop further through regular training and exciting projects and to specialize in system engineering or other interesting areas. Become part of an agile, young team and shape the IT future with us!
We expect from you:
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ, ICT specialist EFZ or extensive experience in IT support
- Expert knowledge in the Microsoft 365 and Windows client/server area as well as practical experience with Citrix technologies – you know what you are doing
- Familiar with ITIL processes and structured IT management – you keep an overview, even with complex tasks
- You are characterized by high customer orientation, initiative, and a true team player mentality
- Solution-oriented thinking, resilience, and your drive for innovation are your strengths
- You speak very good German (native or business fluent), French or English are a plus
- Driver's license category B, a must
