The Root retirement settlement cares for and looks after 50 residents in the "Unterfeld". In the "Dorf Huus" near the Rössli, opened since July 2018, there are nursing living groups with 22 residents and 16 apartments with services. To strengthen our team, we are looking for the position from December 1, 2025, or by arrangement:
Nursing Specialist (FAGE, HF, DN I, DN II), Night Watch, 35% - 60% Your tasks:
- Caring for and supervising 22 or 50 residents as the main responsible night watch (depending on location, working alone, on-call service is ensured and can be requested if needed)
  • Continuing the nursing process to complete the care planning
  • Performing medical-technical tasks according to competencies
  • Calm and professional handling of crisis and emergency situations
  • Ensuring quality standards
  • Providing on-call service
Your profile:
  • You like to take responsibility and work independently
  • You have experience in long-term care and in caring for people with
dementia
- You maintain a creative, empathetic, and understanding approach to residents
  • You are ready to make necessary decisions
  • You are flexible and willing to take on a new challenge
