System Engineer Managed Solutions

Your Tasks

Evaluate, design, develop and operate infrastructure services
Ensure smooth operation of systems in the central data center as well as backup data center
Assist in fault detection and resolution (1st and 2nd level helpdesk)
Plan and lead projects
Create concepts and documentation
Participate in the training of apprentices in ITC EFZ

Your Profile

Completed training as an IT specialist or many years of professional experience
Broad experience in common Microsoft platforms (cloud, hybrid and on-premises)
Engineering and installation of Remote Desktop Services
Linux know-how is an advantage
Winning communication and teamwork skills as well as service-oriented thinking and acting
Resilient, independent and flexible
Very good German and English skills
