Clerk Sales Internal Service / Commercial Vehicle Dispatch (a)
For our location Rothenburg we are looking for you – an organizational talent with a passion for commercial vehicles. In internal sales, you bring your know-how in vehicle logistics and ensure that our processes run smoothly
Your tasks
- Responsible for the entire vehicle ordering and recording process
- New and used vehicle planning (commercial vehicles)
- Organization of new vehicle acceptance as well as the vehicle warehouse
- Order creation and coordination with the workshop, body builder, and sign maker
- Coordination of MFK, registrations, and vehicle transfers
- Invoicing of new and used vehicles
- Maintenance of online vehicle platforms
- Cost control of new and used vehicle transactions
Your profile
- Completed training in a technical or commercial field, preferably in the automotive industry
- Practical professional experience in internal sales/vehicle dispatch
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel) and ERP knowledge advantageous (Automaster)
- Experience in vehicle dispatch
- Structured, precise working method with good visual perception (vehicle inspection)
- Customer-oriented appearance with convincing negotiation skills
- Fluent German skills, French and Italian skills advantageous
- Driver's license category B (car), category C (truck) advantageous
