HR Business Partner
In this exciting role, you are responsible for supporting and further developing all personnel processes at Orell Füssli Publishers. You act as a trusted contact person for employees and managers at the Zurich and Bern locations in all personnel-related matters. In addition, you take responsibility for the commercial apprentices and accompany them during their training. Furthermore, you actively contribute your know-how to the optimization of HR processes and participate in projects that promote the development of the company.
For this responsible task, you have a completed HR specialist certificate and bring several years of professional experience, preferably in an SME or a comparable organization. Experience in the publishing industry is an advantage. Your high social competence, sense of responsibility, and solution-oriented working style characterize you as much as your implementation strength. In addition to confident German, good English skills are an advantage. Your main workplace is in the city of Zurich, and willingness to travel to Bern is required.
