It supports doctors, attending physicians, group practices, as well as healthcare providers (physiotherapy, osteopathy, psychology, etc.) with IT industry solutions and comprehensive service packages. Ärztekasse Genossenschaft issues over 10 million invoices per year on behalf of its customers.
For the Eastern Switzerland region, we are looking for a strong leadership personality with a pronounced customer orientation. You will take overall responsibility for your area and lead a team of 5 employees.

Main tasks
- Overall responsibility for the care and further development of customers in the region
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Responsibility for agency sales
- Professional and personnel management of the sales and customer service teams
- Promotion of a proactive, committed care culture
- Building and maintaining a network in the regional healthcare sector
- Ensuring coordinated and consistent customer care
- Active representation and promotion of Ärztekasse services in your region through events, congresses, etc.
Requirements
- Completed commercial or comparable training
- Several years of experience in customer service or account management
- Several years of team leadership experience
- Confident, convincing personality with pronounced initiative
- Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment of responsibility
- Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working style
- Fluent German; French and/or English advantageous
- High IT affinity
