The Social Action Service SASoc, the competent authority in the canton of Fribourg notably for LAVI victim compensation, recovery and advances of maintenance contributions, and coordination of social assistance, offers persons at the end of their lawyer internship and simultaneously preparing for the bar exam, a legal intern position at 50-60% for a minimum duration of 6 months.

Your tasks
- Drafting administrative decisions regarding LAVI compensation / recovery and advances of maintenance contributions
- Representing the State's interests before judicial authorities and prefectures of the canton, within civil and criminal proceedings
- Legal questions in the handling of social assistance cases
Desired profile
- Master's degree in law, completed lawyer internship, currently preparing for the bar exam
- Fluency in French or German with very good knowledge of the other language
