• Development and sale of solutions in the field of thermal energy supply (heat and cooling) 
• Support in the further expansion of the heat business (district heating and contracting) to substitute fossil energy sources 
• Definition of sales potentials, evaluation and development of solutions (technical, economic) 
• Preparation of feasibility studies, cost estimates, calculations and pricing models 
• Consulting key customers, preparing offers and contracts 
• Management and development of projects until handover to the project managers for construction implementation, including leading the respective interdisciplinary project teams 
• Maintaining contacts with customers, authorities, contractors and suppliers 

• Successfully completed technical basic training in the field of construction or energy, preferably in building services engineering 
• Further education at TS, HF, FH or ETH level with a focus on planning or construction HLKS and project management 
• Practical professional experience of 5-10 years in the construction or building services sector, preferably in the field of district heating 
• If possible, experience in project development or in the role of client 
• Affinity for addressing customer needs, developing suitable products and closing skills 
• Good business knowledge and entrepreneurial qualities 
• Strong ability to communicate appropriately at different levels
