Case Management Vocational Integration / Job Coaching
60% | Interlaken
Due to maternity cover, we are looking from February 1, 2026 or by arrangement for a committed, open-minded and motivated person to strengthen our team in Vocational Integration. The position is limited until September 30, 2026.
Tasks to be done
- Support and coaching of adults through vocational measures or training
- Coordination of interdisciplinary collaboration with referring agencies, relatives, and the work area
- Leading and documenting status meetings with internal and external parties
- Writing reports
- Placement and coaching of adults in the primary labor market
- Advising companies on dealing with adults with mental illness
What we expect from you
- Completed vocational training (EFZ) with additional training in social work or equivalent experience
- Further education in social pedagogy, coaching, supported employment is an advantage
- Empathetic, motivating, and assertive consulting style
- Mental resilience, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
- Good MS Office user skills
