- Experience in healthcare and project management is a great plus
What you can look forward to
- You lead a team of three committed employees in the financial accounting area professionally, personally, and organizationally
- You ensure proper accounting according to legal foundations (Code of Obligations), Swiss GAAP FER, as well as the legal framework conditions of the healthcare system (KVG, VKL, etc.)
- You prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- You ensure the liquidity for financing operational business activities and investments (liquidity planning)
- You are responsible for the accounting, accounts payable, other accounts receivable, and asset accounting modules in the administrative system OPAL
- You ensure the accounts payable process, compliance with and implementation of cash management guidelines, dunning, and collection of all receivables
- You actively participate in the daily business of financial accounting
