These are your tasks
- Determine needs in close coordination with internal stakeholders
- Conduct request for quotations, evaluate offers, and conduct price and contract negotiations
- Process orders including deadline monitoring and invoice verification
- Identify and implement bundling potentials
- Maintain supplier and material master data
- Collaborate in contract management and ensure operational implementation
- Support SAP adjustments as well as create and maintain processes, work instructions, and documentation
This is what sets you apart
- Completed commercial or technical basic training with further education in purchasing
- Several years of experience in operational purchasing, ideally in an industrial or energy-related environment
- Very good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP MM, S/4), SAP Ariba, and MS Office
- Analytical and structured way of thinking
- Negotiation skills, assertiveness, and strong communication skills
- Independent, reliable working style with a high sense of responsibility
- Experience with change processes (change management is an advantage)
