Your Tasks

Consulting and supporting managers and employees in all HR matters
Managing central HR processes (e.g., performance & talent management, recruitment, succession planning)
Independent handling of personnel administration (excluding payroll) and accompanying the employee life cycle
Participation in HR projects as well as further development of HR tools and processes
Trusted contact person for labor law and personnel-related issues

Your Profile

Professional certificate or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in HR, good knowledge of labor law and MS Office
Confident German language skills as well as enjoyment in consulting and communication
Resilient, flexible personality with humor and assertiveness
