- Consulting, coaching, and supporting managers and employees in all HR processes along the "Employee Life Cycle"
- Advice and support in all labor law issues
- Coordination and moderation of discussions (entry, feedback, consultation, and exit interviews)
- Conducting the entire recruiting process (advertising, pre-selection, interviews, etc.) for the defined area
- Initiating HR projects to further develop and optimize HR processes
- Responsible for handling the BGM requirements (Occupational Health Management) for the defined area
The Requirements
- Completed vocational training as well as advanced training in HR (FA or FH)
- Ideally at least 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner (a great advantage in your industrial company)
- Very good knowledge of Swiss labor law
- Knowledge of HR systems as well as very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Confident German skills and good English skills in spoken and written form
- Ability to communicate complex issues clearly, precisely, and appropriately for the target audience
- Good knowledge of operational processes as well as a strong understanding of corporate culture and structures
- Analytical thinking skills with the ability to recognize challenges early and develop practical solutions
