Your Tasks
In this versatile role, you are responsible for maintenance and servicing work, as well as small installations in the field of ventilation and air conditioning systems. Independent troubleshooting, repairs, commissioning of systems, and air volume measurements, as well as installation and maintenance of split VRF systems, are also part of the broad and exciting range of tasks. You are responsible for receiving and resolving all malfunctions on the assigned systems.
As an administrative clerk, you also provide support in the office (40%-60%). You schedule the work and arrange appointments with customers. The processing of order solutions up to development and billing is your responsibility, as well as the acquisition of repair and maintenance orders.
Your Strengths
- You have completed training in the field of electrical engineering and/or building technology with knowledge in ventilation and air conditioning/refrigeration technology
- You bring several years of professional experience in the service sector and have good electrical engineering knowledge
- You have experience in the installation and maintenance of split and VRF systems with the corresponding authorization
- You are an organizational talent and have a confident and assured manner in dealing with customers
- You have good knowledge in the MS Office area
- You possess a category B driving license, possibly also a trailer test
