We are looking for a Private Assets Operations Specialist to join our Funds and Private Assets Services unit. Based in Geneva, you will be joining a dynamic team that plays a central role in supporting the strategic growth of our Private Assets offering.
Your role
- Executing subscriptions and transfers orders for Private Equity Funds and Private Placements.
- Booking the transactions after confirmation.
- Operating the Organized Trading Facility of Interests.
- Resolving issues arising from positions reconciliation and clients’ guarantees.
- Coordinating the reception of in kind distributions.
- Managing risks associated with Private Assets operations.
- Answering clients’ queries.
Your profile
- University degree (Bachelor’s or Master's) in Business and/or Economics, or the equivalent in work experience in the finance industry.
- Experience of 1 to 5 years in Private Assets Operations is a plus.
- Good user of Excel and generally at ease with new IT systems.
- Quick learning ability.
- Rigorous, team player and sense of responsibility.
- Solution-oriented and ability to manage complex cases.
- Fluent in French and English with excellent communication skills.
- Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
