Your Contribution
- As an Enterprise Integration Architect, you passionately and with leadership drive the further development of the integration architecture
- You successfully bring your integration experience to the consulting of product teams and initiatives
- You support the product teams in defining compliant interfaces, actively participate in the governance around integration interfaces, and promote automation and implementation of self-services
- As a core team member of the integration chapter, you actively shape the further development of cross-cloud integration at AXA Switzerland
- You inspiringly pass on your know-how to developers and solution architects through training and workshops
- If needed, you represent AXA Switzerland's interests in the further development of the integration architecture at the AXA group level

Your Skills and Talents
- Solid IT background: at least 3 to 5 years of experience as an IT architect or IT lead engineer focusing on integration in a heterogeneous IT application landscape
- Concrete experience with, prioritized:
- Web services (REST and ideally also SOAP)
- Event and data streaming systems (Apache Kafka)
- Message brokers (basic understanding of IBM MQ is an advantage)
- File transfer technologies (Stonebranch)
- Knowledge of modern cloud architectures (Azure, Google Cloud, OpenShift, Microservices) is an advantage
- Understanding of how AI agents and AI applications can be integrated into our application landscape (e.g., based on MCP or the A2A protocol)
- Topic leadership: ability to independently and in a team develop sustainable solutions and to inspire and motivate peers, employees, and stakeholders
- Strong analytical, conceptual skills and innovative problem-solving competence
- Committed personality with a lot of drive, desire to shape, and passion
- Additionally, you bring high resilience and strong endurance to act solution-oriented and effectively even in demanding situations
- You are able to effortlessly interact in German and English in a business context
