Your field of activity
- In this position, you ensure sparkling windows, glittering floors, and spotless surfaces at our locations in Thun, Jaberg, Uttigen, Spiez, and Wimmis.
- As part of the annual deep cleanings, you hunt down dust bunnies, cobwebs, and greasy fingerprints.
- As a true team player, you take over holiday cover for your colleagues.
Your profile
- You are an experienced cleaning fairy or a seasoned cleaning devil with an eye for detail.
- To coordinate with your team, you bring good spoken German skills.
- You have a category B driving license and bring your own car (of course, you will be compensated for trips with your private vehicle).
- You are flexible with working hours and ready to fight dirt even at noon or in the evening.
- Ideally, you have basic PC skills.
- You are available from December 1, 2025, or January 1, 2026.

- Of course, we pay a 13th-month salary. Not so obvious is that we cover the employee social security contributions (AHV, IV, EO, ALV) on it.

- At AVAG, your entire annual income is insured with the pension fund – unlike many employers who deduct the coordination deduction, i.e., CHF 26,460.00 (year 2025), from the annual income and only insure the remainder. This has three advantages:
- This means that lower incomes (part-time employees) are also insured with us.
- In addition, your retirement capital automatically increases, so your monthly pension will be higher later.
- In the event of possible insurance benefits due to illness or disability, you are better protected.
- Are you already thinking about your retirement? When the time comes, we pay for you and your partner a one-day seminar with an external expert office and provide advisory support if needed.
- Paid maternity leave is 16 weeks, and the salary is paid 100% during this time. New fathers receive two weeks of paternity leave; also at 100% salary.
- And who takes care of your offspring now? We provide a support contribution (CHF 150.00 per child per month) for family-external, paid childcare.
- We offer part-time positions, and depending on the position, thanks to our modern IT infrastructure, home office is also an option.
