Your area of responsibility
- As a night watchman/woman, you take primary responsibility for the care and support of residents and ensure professional and compassionate care during night hours.
- You know how to act in emergencies and remain calm and thoughtful.
- Needs-based approach in supporting people with dementia and managing palliative situations.
Your strengths for us
- You are reliable, show personal responsibility, and work independently.
- You speak German with good knowledge of French or vice versa.
- You are comfortable with electronic tools.
