Job Description
The purpose of this role is to ensure uninterrupted production operations through competent maintenance, servicing, and repair of production equipment and infrastructure at the Kreuzlingen site with the following main responsibilities:
- Competent maintenance of equipment and infrastructure according to the maintenance plan
- Preventive maintenance, servicing, and repairs of production equipment
- Troubleshooting of machines and equipment to ensure operations
- Assistance with assembly and installation of new equipment
- Supervision of external technicians and organization of material procurement
- Participation in on-call duty
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a polymechanic, machine locksmith, mechanic, or mechatronics technician with a focus on mechanics
- Preferably experience in an industrial company (chemicals, food processing, metalworking)
- High safety awareness when handling production equipment
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
- English skills are an advantage
