For our client, we are looking for a certified nurse for surgery to start immediately or by arrangement.
Tasks
- Opportunity to choose the preferred area of deployment within surgery.
- Competent care and advice for patients and their relatives.
- Ensuring high-quality nursing care as well as consistently implemented, individualized care planning.
- Taking responsibility for a zone within the framework of the Lean Management concept.
- Active participation in the further development of shift operations and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Requirements Profile
- Qualification as a certified nurse HF/FH (for foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required).
- High flexibility and willingness to support the team as needed and to stand in for colleagues.
- Enjoyment of a family-like working environment as well as a supportive, helpful attitude towards students and trainees.
